Refund Policy

Our guarantee

Your report delivered within 48 hours of receiving your documents — backed by our Service Completion Guarantee.

Bindly delivers contract reviews within 48 hours of receiving your uploaded documents. That window is the one commitment we make about timing, and it’s the basis for our refund policy.

When you’re eligible for a refund

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • We miss the 48-hour delivery window and did not contact you in advance to discuss the delay. The 48-hour clock starts when all documents in your order are successfully uploaded.
  • We review the wrong documents. If we deliver a review for a different contract than what you uploaded, we will re-review the correct document at no charge, or refund if you prefer.
  • We fail to deliver a required package deliverable — for example, a strategy call that was included in your package and was never scheduled after report delivery.

What isn’t covered

Outside of a delivery failure, all sales are final. Specifically, refunds are not available for:

  • Disagreement with our findings, opinions, or recommendations
  • A vendor declining to accept your negotiation requests
  • A change in your plans after the review is delivered (cancelled wedding, signed before reviewing, etc.)
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the depth or style of the review

We review contracts and provide findings based on our experience and judgment. We cannot guarantee how vendors will respond, whether negotiations will succeed, or what the ultimate financial outcome will be. Those factors are outside our control.

Quality concerns

If you believe we missed something significant in your review — a clause you expected us to flag that we didn’t address — email us at [email protected]. We’ll take another look at no charge. We stand behind the work and want to get it right.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] within 7 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order details and the specific reason for your request.

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
