Bindly provides professional contract review and analysis for wedding and event vendor contracts. We identify potential issues, flag unfair language, suggest revisions, and provide negotiation scripts.
Bindly is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our reviews are informational and educational. For advice specific to your legal situation, consult a qualified attorney.
1 vendor contract. Red flag identification, plain-English findings, redline language, vendor email template. Delivered within 48 hours.
Up to 3 vendor contracts. All Single Review deliverables ×3, cross-contract conflict check, unified report, priority queue, one follow-up round, and a 30-minute strategy call scheduled within 5 business days of report delivery.
Up to 5 vendor contracts. All Essential deliverables, 30-day countdown timeline, printable day-of checklist, two follow-up rounds, priority 24-hour turnaround, and a 45-minute strategy call scheduled within 5 business days of report delivery.

Payment is due at the time of ordering. We process payments through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge to your payment method.
We deliver contract reviews within 48 hours of receiving your uploaded documents. Delivery times are measured from the time all documents are successfully uploaded, not from the time of payment.
Reviews are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Strategy calls are scheduled by separate communication after report delivery.
We guarantee delivery of your report within 48 hours of document receipt. If we fail to deliver within that window and have not contacted you in advance to discuss a delay, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Outside of a delivery failure, all sales are final. Our service delivers analysis and recommendations — we cannot guarantee specific negotiation outcomes, vendor responses, or savings amounts, as those depend on factors outside our control.
Your documents. You retain ownership of the contracts you upload. You grant us a limited license to review and analyze them solely for the purpose of delivering your order.
Our reviews. The analysis, findings, and recommendations we produce are our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal purposes but may not redistribute or sell them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our recommendations.
We review contracts and provide findings based on our experience and judgment. We are not responsible for vendor responses, negotiation outcomes, or events occurring after your review is delivered.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal dispute, contact us at [email protected]. Most issues can be resolved quickly.
Arbitration. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Golden, CO.
Class action waiver. You agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
