By accessing or using Bindly’s wedding contract review services (“Service”) through our website usebindly.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service ordering
  • We accept payments through Stripe for secure processing
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout

Service Delivery

  • We aim to deliver contract reviews within 24-48 hours of receipt
  • Delivery times may vary during peak wedding seasons or holidays
  • Reviews are delivered via email to the address provided during ordering
  • Strategy calls (Essential Bundle and Complete Package) will be scheduled within 5 business days

💰 Refund Policy

We stand behind our service quality. You may request a refund under the following specific circumstances:

Qualifying Refund Conditions

  • Service Delivery Failures: We fail to deliver your review within 72 hours without prior notification
  • Technical Errors: We review the wrong contract or provide analysis for a different document than submitted
  • Incomplete Delivery: We fail to provide the specific deliverables listed for your package (missing email templates, strategy call not scheduled, etc.)
  • Significant Quality Defects: Our review is substantially incomplete, illegible, or missing analysis of major contract sections you submitted

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with recommendations or advice provided
  • Customer disagreement with professional opinions or assessments
  • Changes in customer circumstances after service delivery
  • Customer’s decision not to use the recommendations provided
  • Vendor disputes or negotiation outcomes beyond our control

Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request within 7 days of service delivery to contracts@usebindly.com
  2. Provide specific details about qualifying refund condition
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for our review and response
  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-10 business days via original payment method

Due to the intellectual property nature of our service, all sales are final except under the specific qualifying conditions listed above. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Not use our Service for any unlawful purpose

The contract reviews, analysis, and recommendations we provide are our intellectual property. You may use them for your personal purposes but may not redistribute or commercialize them.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE
  • WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC OUTCOMES FROM USING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at contracts@usebindly.com to seek informal resolution.

Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Golden, CO.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
